2) Email your photo and name to astonecontest@gmail.com

3) We’ll upload all the photos daily to a Facebook photo album entitled “Halloween Contest”, so check our page often to see if your photo is up and tag yourself in the photo.

4) DON’T FORGET TO TAG YOURSELF!

We will choose the person with the Best Fitness Inspired Costume. The winner will be messaged through Facebook on November 17, 2012. Make sure you check back often and check your privacy settings so that we can message you!

Official Rules:

Eligibility: The Show Us Your Best Fitness Inspired Halloween Costume Contest (“Contest”) is open to all residents of the United States and Canada at least eighteen (18) years or older. Employees of Astone Fitness are not eligible to enter.

Contest will run from 09:00 AM PST October 27 2012 to 09:00 AM PST November 15, 2012 on Facebook. Entries entered before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

Prize: One (1) $50 Gift card to Astone Fitness Online store.

The winner will be contacted through Facebook messages.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Contest, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Astone Fitness Ltd., Unit 10b – 12851 Bathgate Way, Richmond, BC, V6V 1Y5, Canada (the “Sponsor”). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entries.

Contest Winner: On November 17, 2012 Sponsor will select one (1) winner randomly. Winner will be notified via Facebook Messages. The winner has up to 14 days after the initial message was sent to reply to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, alternate winner will be chosen. Winners must be tagged in their photo in the Astone Fitness Facebook Page and must complete a 100-150 word write-up about Astone Fitness, fitness and the contest, once the Prizes have been received. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor may, (a) suspend the Contest and then resume the Contest; or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
