My name is Ron James Oliver. I am a 43 year old Elite Fitness Instructor with 25 years of experience. I believe in using very high intensity, short duration training. This delivers maximum results in a minimum amount of time.
 
How I Perform High Intensity Training
I have been working out for a couple of months on the Human Trainer. I prefer training using my own body weight. Suspension training is the best type of exercise to attain fast results using high intensity training! I have tried other similar training equipment, like the TRX, but the Human Trainer is by far the best on the market. It is higher quality, more strong and more durable. It works perfectly for stretching, strength, conditioning, building muscle fast, and burning off the stubborn fat.
 
My Human Trainer Workout
An example of my workout includes hack squats, chest presses, bicep curls, and reverse lunges. I am able to workout my entire upper body, legs, and core.
 
Where Do I Work Out
I workout everywhere: parks, homes, offices, camp grounds, and beaches. It is an awesome feature to be able to work out just about anywhere. My Results With The Human Trainer
My goal has always been to continuously improve my personal best physical fitness over my entire lifetime and I feel I could do this using the Human Trainer. As an extreme athlete well over half my life, I can tell you the Human Trainer is not a fad or will ever go out of style. After the using the Human Trainer, I felt more fit and attained a powerful core. Virtually every exercise you can perform on the Human Trainer uses your core and and all your stabilizing muscles.
 
My Diet Plan
I have learned to completely detoxify my body and sustain perfect health using organic living foods. I do palaeolithic diet primarily, which is 80% raw food. It has greatly increased my energy, power and has kept me from being sick for over 15 years. The Human Trainer is the absolute best investment in personal fitness equipment on the market. It is inexpensive and delivers amazing results. It is my favorite piece of fitness equipment. I have my choice of training in a $20 million gym, yet, I’d rather take my Human Trainer to the park or the beach to train. If you’re looking to change your body I truly recommend the Human Trainer.
