The Human Trainer provides fitness professionals with a systematic learning approach to be able to confidently deliver a quality exercise experience with the Human Trainer Suspension gym and our optional accessories. Our courses provide an in-depth learning opportunity featuring exercise execution, programming and content, safe and efficient set-up and the coaching skills to lead small and large group classes. Our Live and On Line Certification Courses and Foundations Course teaches progressions and regressions with both the foundational and advanced movements to create individualized programming specific to their clients and facilities, and feature many of the Human Trainer functional accessory tools.
Our Workshops provide a more focused learning experience where the content is geared towards specific training goals such as Core Strength and Power, Rotational Movement and Strength, and Suspension Yoga, with a hands-on, experiential learning style, in a shorter duration format.

This 8 hour intensive course teaches all the fundamental skills of Suspension Gym training and provides instructors with an exercise library of over 100 exercises to be able to create fun customized programming. After completing this course, you will have learned how to safely and correctly perform many body weight exercises, have the skills to identify and correct improper techniques and how to modify and offer progressions and regressions to deliver an all levels fitness experience. The course is accompanied by a 25 question multiple choice exam to test your knowledge and understanding of the information taught in The Human Trainer Suspension Gym live course.
This online course provides the Live Professional Instructor Course in a digital format offering instructors the ability to learn at your own pace. Learn all the skills from our live course, when you’re ready to complete the exam we will administer this remotely.

This 3 hour intense workshop will instruct the most advanced 3 Dimensional full body movements using The Human Trainer Essential Kit Pro. Learn to effective teach unilateral movements, suspended core and plyometric exercises designed to challenge your most advanced clients. Progressions, regressions and safety cues will be instructed in this workshop to ensure you can design and instruct safe and powerful one-on-one and group training programs using The Human Trainer for all level classes.
In this 3 hour workshop, you will have a Body & Mind connection that links a traditional Suspension Gym with a subtle body awareness that establishes a deeper concentration and focus on breathing, alignment, increased flexibility, balance and outer body softness. Using The Human Trainer Essential Kit Pro and Rotational Pulley you will learn over 20+ different movement patterns that follow traditional Yoga and Pilates sequences to create a dynamic, fun and unique experience that suits everyone.
